Breakfast bars and coffee was available at the reception. Cold water bottles/ cold water refill available. Location absolutely in the center of Redding. Every amenity within walking distance. An incredible team led by Alex, manages this hotel. We had to extend our stay by 2 days as we had a road accident and lost all our bags in a theft. Kevin at the reception went home after work and got us clothes to wear, to tide us over. Heather, Lauren, Tobias & David went out of their way to support us during the 3 days we stayed at this hotel. From managing incoming calls from CHP, to David driving us to get stuff and Alex offering to drive us to the Airport when we left Redding. I have never experienced support of this level ever. The team managing this hotel is unbelievable. My wife and I would like to thank all of you for being such compassionate and supportive human beings.

Super Cute Retro/ mid century modern style .Love, Love How clean even down to the cute shutters on windows, & Artificial succulent in bathroom, no marks , no dust beautiful , Excellent comfort bed, microwave, fridge packed w/ little cute touches clean cloths& plush not usual hotel towels etc , No Dust , cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in, So impressed!! -- Such friendly, caring staff , Thank you we'll be back & spread the word highly recommend, great ease of pkg quiet stay!! Thanks so much!!

Love the location (walking distance to a few restaurants), the staff was friendly, and most importantly, the property is dog friendly! I also liked that they offer free parking, free water, and lots of misters for the summer months.

The staff is SUPER-friendly & they made us feel they do care about our stay and making sure our service dogs are also comfortable! Answered all of my questions related to the stay and where to go (Sundial Bridge, breweries, etc...) We loved the renovation and the style they picked for motel-themed! I could not believe how many people used the gas firepit to chat that night and they also used the same place for their coffee/breakfast!

The room was spotless...exceptionally clean. The bathroom was great with a great shower. The staff went over and above to make sure that we were comfortable! It's a great location...walkable to shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I’m exceptionally pleased with the rooms for dog owners. I was traveling with my 2 dogs and my husband. The floors were polished concrete, perfect!!! I was not concerned with their nails scratching up carpet or linoleum floors. If the dog water spilled, it was easy to wipe up with the extra towels specifically designated for messes. It was very clean. The bed was more comfortable and stable then some Hilton’s I have visited.

The staff were very friendly and helpful meeting our needs. Being a wheelchair user, travel is not always without issues. The afternoon manager took the time to visit the room with us, even offered to help carry in luggage. Returning later in the evening, the night manager noticed that the handicap parking outside our room was not available but soon notified us that the space had cleared and we were able to move closer. The facility is recently updated, access ramps are well designed, the room was squeaky clean, and the outside accessories were comfortable and convenient. We would happily stay there again when visiting family in Redding.

Love this hotel! Great downtown location and walking distance to many eateries. Pet friendly. I haven’t stayed for pleasure yet, but planning to come back for fun and will bring my dogs.
